BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a HP adapter for my computer from this company and after five months of using it the adapter died and no longer works. I contacted the company and they told me that their policy is that I only have 14 days to return the item. What a load of crap!!!! Their product is a piece of junk and I would not recommend them to anyone. It is worth the extra money to pay to get a quality adaptor from Best Buys. Buyer beware they sell junk!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if this is a genuine hp part
I bought this one when I discovered my original adapter developed a loose contact. Although the new one is working properly, the wires that came with it look substandard and the outer cover of wire connecting the power outlet to the adapter broke off(without any kind of wrong handling) revealing the wires inside. The adapter is doing its job and has all labels and marking(such as FCC, hp logo) as an original one but the wires make me skeptical about its genuineness.

Awful, awful product.
Broke within three weeks despite mild handling – the black plastic must be cheap, because it cracked, but what really killed it was…apparently if the cord bends, the wires will short and refuse to work unless you wiggle them -just right-
But really this is my bad. I mean, how stupid am I to imagine the cord on a laptop adapter could withstand the awful rigor of mild bending?

Awful product, avoid like the plague – unless, of course, you plan on never ever bending the cord, touching, breathing, or using it on days that end in Y.

Exactly what I wanted – Condition (New) PB993A
Needed this for work. Item no longer available because laptop is older model so had to order outside of work procurement system and chose Amazon because it is a trustworthy 3rd party site. Got two (one for my colleague) and the batteries work exactly as they are supposed to. Has made our lives easier since we are often away from our docking stations and in need of longer battery life on our laptops.

Disappointing performance. Frequent re-install necessary because it loses its linking ID. More trouble than it is worth. I went back to cords.

Run Away!!!!
Wireless mouse did not reach more than 1 foot from receiver; also not clear that the mouse and keypad are much smaller than standard; hard to type on keypad, mouse difficult to manipulate.

Awful Product!
I bought one, the mouse wouldn’t work. I returned it and like a sucker got another which had the same exact problem. Back to wires…or at least a decent manufacturer.

A well-made case, but not what I expected.
This case is well made and seems like it is durable, but it is not what you see in the picture posted here. The top half of the case doesn’t cover the home button or the space above the screen, like it shows in the picture. The front of the iPod isn’t well protected. It is also extremely bulky and basically doubles the iPod in thickness, which just doesn’t seem necessary. It is so thick that it wouldn’t fit into my docking station. It also only comes with one screen protector, which I ruined because of how difficult it was to get on and get the air bubbles out. It should come with more than one for the price of this case.
Also, the stand on the back of the case is good for if the case is in landscape mode (sideways) but if it is right side up (which it is most of the time) the stand doesn’t work. The stand also causes the iPod to not lie flat when placed on a flat surface.
Overall, I don’t think this case is worth the money, it doesn’t protect it well, makes it bulky, the stand only works one way, and it needs more and easier-to-apply screen protectors.

DONT BUY
It looks nothing like the picture, it is SO bulky. you cant really access the button at the bottom. if you take the case off more than twice the case will brake.

Warning: melting cable
I purchased an HP Pavilion laptop having this power supply. In normal use the cord shorted out and melted its insulation near the laptop connector, just after the warranty expired.

I then purchased this item as a replacement. In normal service the cord is showing signs of failure in the same location.

HP has no product recall on this power supply. It should. This supply is sufficient reason to avoid purchasing a laptop which features it.

If I knew of a replacement even at two or three times the price of this unit, featuring adequate strain relief for the cable, I would cheerfully purchase it.

No complaints whatever about the laptop it came with; it’s a great machine.

Take the lesser of 2 evils: buy the brand name part
My original HP adapter lasted about 2 years before beginning to fail intermittantly and then finally gave out. It’s a bad design. The cause was a broken connector at the strain relief near where it plugs into the computer. I bet that’s what happened to yours right? Or something pretty similar. That’s why you are considering buying this knock-off part as a replacement. The price is way cheaper than the brand-name part, so I know it’s tempting, but don’t buy this. I bought this part in April and it was only 2 months until the cord insulation completely separated from the outlet plug, exposing the wires underneath. 2 months later, the old intermittant power problem started again. Today, the plug that goes into the computer completely snapped in half!! Not at the strain relief, where you’d expect a break. No, the actual plug cylinder part broke. The metal snapped in half. Ridiculous. This product gives new meaning to poor quality. Almost comically cheap. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Buy the HP part.

i bought this about a month ago, and it still charges my laptop…however, the adapter gets too hot and is now beginning to melt so there is no telling how much longer it will last. i should not have spent my money on this but my other adapter had stopped working completely…

Longest lasting ink cartridge ever
